Is this self-drive or chauffeured?+
Self-drive. The driver takes the keys at handover and must be 25 or over with an open (unrestricted) licence. There's no hourly meter: the car is yours for the whole booking.
How far ahead should we book?+
As soon as you have your date. Popular spring and autumn Saturdays go first, and your car is held once the booking is confirmed.
Can you deliver to our venue?+
Yes. We deliver and collect across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast, including homes, hotels and wedding venues.
Is there a security bond?+
Yes. A $2,000 security deposit applies to every booking. For hires under 7 days it is held as a credit card authorisation.
What insurance is included?+
Every booking includes third-party liability insurance with a $5,000 excess. Comprehensive cover isn't offered directly, but independent providers such as RentalCover.com sell extra protection.
